Gilles Beaulac

Gilles Beaulac is a seasoned Computer Programmer with extensive experience in customer service and workforce management. At eMetrix Systems since June 2007, Gilles has contributed to the development of TheReportingEngine. Prior to this role, Gilles served as Senior Manager of Customer Service at TD Insurance from January 2000 to January 2012, where responsibilities included process improvements across nine call centers, enhancing revenues, and reducing operational costs.
