Matthew Baron has over 20 years of experience in the Health and Benefits industry. Matthew began their career in 2002 as a Provider Service Representative at Highmark. After two years, they were promoted to Associate Rating Analyst, then to Rating Analyst in 2006. In 2008, they were promoted to Client Service Manager and in 2012, they were promoted to Senior Client Manager. In 2017, they joined Willis Towers Watson as a Consultant - Health and Benefits. In 2022, they joined The Reschini Group as an Account Executive - Health and Benefits.
Matthew Baron received their MBA in Finance from Duquesne University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Washington & Jefferson College in 2002. Matthew began their educational journey at Central Catholic High School in 1995.
