Bryan Preston

Bryan Preston is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at The Research Foundation for SUNY since July 2016, Bryan oversees the Corporate HR team and provides support for HR functions at 30 campus locations statewide. Previous roles include Benefits and Leave Manager, where responsibilities included managing employee benefits and leave of absence for over 800 employees, as well as Associate Relations Manager at Hannaford Supermarkets, focusing on staffing, pay equity, and workplace investigations. Bryan also held positions at Honest Weight Food Co-op, Hannaford Bros. Co., and as a Payroll Administrator, accumulating extensive experience in HR practices, employee relations, and organizational management. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Business from the University at Albany.
