Jay Barclay is an experienced operations manager currently serving at The Research Foundation for SUNY since September 2017, previously holding the role of Deputy Operations Manager at SUNY System Administration. The Research Foundation for the State University of New York (RF) is the largest, most comprehensive university-connected research foundation in the country.
