Lena Issa

Lena Issa is a dedicated research professional currently serving as a Research Support Specialist at The Research Foundation for SUNY since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Outreach Coordinator for the Undergraduate Student Association at the University at Buffalo and Undergraduate Researcher at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, both positions held from August 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, Lena worked as a Resident Advisor and served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and Lab Instructor for Evolutionary Biology at the University at Buffalo, where responsibilities included lecturing, lab instruction, and academic support. Lena Issa earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University at Buffalo in May 2023.
