Brian Holwerda has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Brian started their career at Hyatt Regency as a Lead Server and worked there for six years. Brian then joined White Lodging Services as a Front Desk Supervisor before moving to Omni Nashville Hotel. At Omni Nashville Hotel, Brian held multiple roles including Guest Services Supervisor, Guest Services Manager (winning an award during that time), and Director of Guest Services. Currently, Brian is working at The Resort at Paws Up, where they have served as the Guest Experience Manager, Director of Lodging, and currently holds the position of Director of Glamping. In their current role, they oversee multiple managers and seasonal staff, focusing on operational changes to improve efficiency, guest experience, and revenue growth.
Brian Holwerda has a diverse education history. Brian obtained their Bachelor's Degree in BSB/M from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Foothill College, during the years 1997 to 1999. Brian's educational journey began at Mountain View High School, where they completed their secondary education from 1994 to 1997.
