Clayton Carstens

Clayton Carstens is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Guest Experience Manager at The Resort at Paws Up since November 2020. Prior to this role, Clayton contributed to Meadowood Napa Valley in various positions, including Assistant Reservations Manager and Reservationist from July 2015 to November 2020, as well as Bell Captain, Bellman, and in Private Dining from June 2003 to January 2014. Clayton also has a background in law enforcement, having worked as a Police Officer for a brief period from November 2014 to July 2015 after completing the Police Academy at Napa Valley College in 2014. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Pacific Union College, awarded in 2009.
