Person Garcia

Person Garcia has extensive work experience in the hospitality and cruise industry. They started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Premier Cruise Lines-Disney in 1996 and later became a District Sales Manager at Norwegian Cruise Line in 1999. In 2003, Person Garcia joined Crystal Cruises as the Director of Sales for Western USA & Canada, where they were responsible for sales management, product development, and account management. After nine years at Crystal Cruises, they joined Uniworld River Cruise Collection as the Vice President of Sales in 2012. In 2013, Person Garcia joined The Resort at Pelican Hill as the Director of Sales for Leisure & Villa Sales. Over the years, they grew within the company and held positions such as Global Director of Leisure & Villa Sales and Global Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Person Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business from Loyola Marymount University from 1987 to 1990. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Management & Leadership from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Master Connections Certification from Master Connection Associates in January 2014.
