Brian McConnell has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage management. Brian began their career in 2001 as the Food & Beverage Director at Daytona Hotels and Resorts, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, Brian served as the Director of Restaurants at The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach. In 2004, they joined Prestonwood Baptist Church as the Assistant Food Service Director for a brief period before moving on to InterContinental Hotels as the Director of Outlets. Brian returned to The Resort Collection of Panama City Beach in 2006, initially as the Director of Food and Beverage and later as the Vice President of Food and Beverage. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President of Club Operations at the same company.
