Joanne Bevan has extensive experience in overseeing residential homes for individuals with developmental disabilities at The Resource Center and Barber National Institute. Joanne currently holds the title of Assistant Executive Director I/DD Services and previously served as a Department Manager. Bevan received their education from Gannon University.
