Rachel Foley

Rachel Foley is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at The Resource Center. Prior to that, Rachel held various titles at Lake Shore Savings Bank for over two decades, including Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer. Additionally, Rachel worked as a Financial Audit Supervisor at M&T Bank. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Allegheny College.
