Dave Paul

Dave Paul is an experienced leader in the nonprofit and financial sectors, currently serving as the Director at the Upper Arkansas Area Development Corporation, where the focus is on providing small business loans and administering the Colorado Enterprise Zone tax credit program since January 2023. As CEO/MLO of Town & Country Residential Lending since December 2019, Dave has operated a boutique mortgage services company offering various loan types with competitive rates. Additional roles include Board Member at The Resource Exchange and Judicial Performance Commissioner for the Colorado Office of Judicial Performance Evaluation. Dave's previous experience includes serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Park State Bank & Trust, County Commissioner for Teller County, and President of the Board for Colorado Counties Inc. with a strong educational background that includes a BA from Lehigh University and participation in the Leadership Program of the Rockies.
