Rahat Lateef

Rahat Lateef has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2001, they worked as an Assistant Manager and Audit Trainee at A.F. Ferguson & Co., where they successfully concluded assignments and contributed to the establishment of the Risk Advisory Services section. Rahat was also nominated for a secondment to Malaysia during this time. From 2006 to 2008, Rahat served as the General Manager Accounts & Company Secretary/Manager Accounts at Nina Industries/Al Abid Silk Mills, where they led the accounts closure and financial reporting process. Rahat also played a role in cash flow management and the implementation of an in-house system for managing long-term loans. Rahat then moved on to Oracle, where they held roles such as Finance Manager and Senior Manager - Deal Management. In these positions, they led the closure of significant sales deals, provided training to business partners, and set up a local subsidiary. In 2014, Rahat joined Digital Globe Services as Director Finance, where they prepared financial statements, set up an effective MIS and FP&A function, and coordinated with external auditors, tax consultants, and system consultants. Finally, Rahat worked at TRG - The Resource Group as Group Head of Internal Audit and later as Group Vice President and Company Secretary. In these roles, they oversaw the audit function, prepared audit plans, performed audits, and reviewed internal controls. Rahat has a proven track record of performance, receiving several individual and team awards throughout their career.

Rahat Lateef attended Froebel's International School in Islamabad from 1988 to 1995. During this time, they pursued their O' Level education, focusing on economics and accounting.
