Abby Lanza

Abby Lanza has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Abby has worked as a Senior Director of Strategic Support at The Resource Group, where they developed and implemented strategic initiatives, oversaw marketing and communications activities, and provided training to associates. Prior to this role, Abby held the position of Director of Strategic Support at the same company, where they created a comprehensive library of associate resources and led the development of a national Vendor Access Policy. Abby also has experience as a Senior Manager of Participant Development, overseeing the sales process and refining the Participant Development strategy. Additionally, Abby worked as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, supporting value validation and contracting processes within supply chain and developing support tools for facility supply improvement initiatives. Before joining The Resource Group, Abby was the Chief Student Manager of Business Study Abroad Programs at the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business and a Student Consultant at the Heart of Missouri United Way. Abby also gained experience as a Product Management - Channel Management Intern at Express Scripts, where they assisted with product launches, created marketing materials, and developed client case studies.

Abby Lanza completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Abby then pursued further education and obtained an MBA/MHA degree from the same university in 2012. Additionally, Abby has a certification in Six Sigma Green Belt from the IASSC.
