Carole Lendry

Carole Lendry has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carole currently holds the position of Senior Director, Field Operations at The Resource Group, Spend Management Solutions, where they have been since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Surgical Support Services - Utilization Management at the same company from February 2022 to June 2023.

From September 2019 to February 2022, Carole served as the Senior Manager of Operations at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside. In this role, they advised and implemented process improvement and productivity measures that resulted in improved key performance indicators (KPI) statistics, including inventory turns and fill rates.

Before their role at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside, Carole worked as the Manager of Operations at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay from June 2018 to July 2020. Carole was instrumental in guiding inventory optimization efforts and achieved significant improvements in inventory turns and fill rates.

Prior to their positions at The Resource Group, Carole worked at Owens & Minor as an Account Specialist and Interim Supply Chain Specialist from August 2011 to July 2018. In this role, they managed a regional territory and contributed to analytical reporting, physician onboarding, and new office start-ups. Carole also played a key role in creating a standardized template for start-up physician clinic medical supply and equipment purchases.

Carole's earlier experience includes roles at St. Vincent's HealthCare as a Project Manager, Supply Chain in 2011, Nuance Transcription Services India Private Limited as a Quality Control Specialist, Medical Transcription from 2006 to 2011, Coastal Transcription Services as the Owner & Lead Transcriptionist from 1997 to 2006, and Baptist Medical Center - Beaches as an OR Director Assistant/Scheduler/Scrub Tech from 1992 to 1996.

Carole Lendry completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of North Florida from 2009 to 2011. Carole then pursued an MBA in International Supply Chain and Operations at Southern New Hampshire University, graduating in September 2016.
