Dewayne Rader

Dewayne Rader has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Dewayne is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Resource Group, where they manage the acquisition, inventory management, and distribution of supplies and pharmaceuticals. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of National Operations at the same company, overseeing supply acquisition, management, and replenishment activities.

Additionally, they worked as a Logistics Manager at BlueLinx Corporation, where they implemented a new Transportation Management System and improved customer service and loss prevention.

Early in their career, Dewayne worked at FedEx Ground, where they held various managerial roles, including Sort Operations Manager, Overnight Sort Manager, Delivery Operations Manager, and Dock Service Manager. Dewayne played a key role in improving on-time deliveries, increasing delivery volume, and developing operational changes to meet customer needs.
