Janet Gilling, BEng in Civil Engineering, currently serves as the Regional Manager - Europe at The Response Group since May 2021, where responsibilities include supporting clients in Europe with exercises, response, and training. Previously, Janet held various positions at ExxonMobil from 2001 to April 2021, including Emergency Response Specialist, where significant contributions were made to the COVID-19 Emergency Response Group and management of safety data, along with facilitating safety leadership training. Additional roles encompassed Global Technical Advisor for Aviation Refueling Operations and Human Resources Advisor, showcasing a breadth of expertise in emergency management, safety reporting, and operational integrity.
