Anastasio Santos

Anastasio Santos is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in order fulfillment and kitchen leadership. Currently serving as Order Fulfillment Manager at The Restaurant Store since March 2020, Anastasio has previously held roles as Order Fulfillment Specialist at TFB Hospitality and Executive Chef at Gravie Kitchen + Commons, where innovative culinary services were offered to various businesses. Notably, Anastasio has also held sous chef positions at The Pressroom Restaurant and Aussie and The Fox, where contributions included overseeing kitchen operations and team management. Anastasio began a culinary career as a line cook at Cork & Cap Restaurant, quickly advancing to morning sous chef. Educationally, Anastasio holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from The Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts.
