Carlos Lopez

Carlos Lopez has been a counselor at The Resurrection Project since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a pastoral counselor and program supervisor at St. Pius V Catholic Church and Elementary School from 2000 to 2018. Carlos also worked as a program director at Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc from 1990 to 2000.

Carlos Lopez has a Master of Science from Northeastern Illinois University in Rehabilitation Counseling, a Master of Science from Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership in Public Administration and Social Service Professions, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras in Social Work. Carlos also has certification from the Illinois Certification Board, Inc. as a Certified Drug, Alcohol, and Addiction Counselor and as a CODP/ Co-Occurring Substance Use and Mental Health Disorder Professional.

Carlos Lopez reports to Dolores Tapia, Manager. They work with and Sandra - Receptionist.
