Julie Sanders-Oberholtzer

Julie Sanders-Oberholtzer has extensive experience in outreach and sales, currently serving as the Outreach representative for Carroll County at TennCare. Since July 2016, Julie has held the position of Sales Team Lead at The Retail Outsource. Julie obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2006, and also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from Cascadia College, completed from 2002 to 2004.
