Koralee Putnam-Roup

Koralee Putnam-Roup is an experienced professional in the retirement industry, currently serving as the Director of TPA Engine/TPA Relations at The Retirement Plan Company, LLC since January 2019, where responsibilities include developing business strategies and managing compliance teams. Previous roles include Director of Compliance Services and New Initiatives Coordinator, focusing on client communications and partnerships. Prior to this, Koralee held various key positions, including Acquisition Project Manager, Consultant, and Director of Plan Services at Northwest Plan Services, Inc. and Spectrum Pension Consultants, Inc., where expertise in client management, business development, and compliance was developed.
