Dianne Watson

Dianne Watson currently serves as the Retail Thrift Store Manager at The Retreat, a position held since March 2022. In this role, Dianne is responsible for the daily operations of the thrift store, ensuring effective communication with staff, volunteers, customers, and donors, while creating a safe and welcoming environment. Dianne focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and generating positive net income to support programs for survivors of domestic violence. Prior to this position, Dianne worked as the General Manager/Director at Hand Me-Ups Thrift Store from September 2020 to October 2021, where similar responsibilities and leadership were held.
