Currently serving as Senior Director of Finance and Operations at The Retreat, Julia contributes to strategic planning and the implementation of financial best practices while overseeing budgeting and reporting processes. Notable prior roles include Chief Financial Officer and Director of Administration & Finance at Hope For Youth, Inc., and Controller & Acting CFO at Long Island Association for AIDS Care, Inc. Julia's extensive expertise spans operational accounting, strategic planning, and financial analysis, supported by educational qualifications in Accounting, Business Management, and Secondary Education from Dowling College.
