Larisa Davis

Larisa Davis has had extensive experience in the field of human resources. Larisa began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Islamorada Resort Company in June 2011 and held this position until July 2016. In January 2018, they joined Ramada Plaza as an HR Manager until September 2018. Larisa then transitioned to T-ROC - The Revenue Optimization Companies, where they progressively advanced to the role of Lead People Experience Business Partner from October 2018 to February 2020. Larisa then became a People Experience Manager from March 2020 to December 2023.
