Lydia Crampton

Lydia Crampton has extensive work experience in various roles, starting in 1992 as a Retail Banker at Security Federal Savings & Loan. Lydia then moved on to Banco Popular, where they served as a Teller Supervisor from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Fifth Third Bank. In 2005, they joined First Bank Of Highland Park as a Collection Teller.

In 2006, Lydia transitioned to the HR field and joined Medline Industries, LP. Lydia began as an HRIS Coordinator and later took on roles such as Benefits Coordinator and HRIS/Leave Specialist. In 2013, they became an HRIS/LOA Manager and then an HRIS Manager from 2014 to 2016. Their last role at Medline Industries was Director HR Technology, which they held from 2020 to 2023.

Most recently, Lydia joined T-ROC - The Revenue Optimization Companies in 2023 as the Director People Technology Solutions.

Lydia Crampton, CSM obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University from 2001 to 2004. Lydia also holds a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in August 2023.
