Rebecca Behlen

Rebecca Behlen has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Front Of House Staff Lead at The Revival since April 2018. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked as Operations Manager at 57th Street Wines from August 2016 to February 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing the build-out of a new wine shop and managing staff. As General Manager at Open Produce from June 2011 to October 2016, Rebecca enhanced community grocery operations. Rebecca also held the position of Server Manager at Cedars Mediterranean Kitchen from March 2009 to June 2011 and worked as a Doula for Chicago Volunteer Doulas from October 2010 to May 2011. Earlier in their career, Rebecca served as Department Coordinator at Sunrise Health Foods from April 2005 to August 2009, covering various departments including juice bar, deli, and produce.
