Jim McIntyre Lee

Jim McIntyre Lee is an experienced Employment Specialist and Advisor at Richmond Fellowship since July 2015, where support is provided to individuals facing mental health challenges in achieving independence and career goals. Prior to this role, Jim accumulated over 18 years of experience in various positions, including youth work at YMCA and Surrey County Council, and as a musician and educator, contributing to community development and the arts. Education includes a qualification in Youth Work Practice from The Lifetrain Trust and a degree from Goldsmiths, University of London, complemented by certifications in advice and guidance related to mental health services.
