Ash Khatib has extensive experience in the financial industry, with a focus on accounting and financial reporting. Ash started their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior II Assurance Advisory Specialist, specializing in financial service institutions. Ash then moved on to work at Lorain National Bank as a Senior Accountant/SEC Reporting, Assistant Controller, and eventually as Vice President & Corporate Controller. In these roles, they were responsible for the accounting operations of the bank, including the filing of financial reports and regulatory filings. Ash later joined National Interstate Insurance Company as an SEC Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for the preparation and filing of external reporting requirements. Ash then worked at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. as a Financial Reporting Manager, where they prepared quarterly filings with the SEC and assisted with the implementation of new accounting standards. After that, they served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Century Federal Credit Union, where they managed and controlled all financial-related activities of the credit union. Currently, Ash Khatib is the Chief Financial Officer at Richwood Bank, where they assist with M&A activity and is responsible for accounting policies, regulatory compliance, and monitoring and reporting.
Ash Khatib obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University. This education was completed between the years 2002 and 2006.
