Matt Nichols

Matt Nichols has extensive experience in organizational development and employee training, currently serving as the Education Manager at Richwood Bank since November 2019. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at Speedway LLC from March 2013 to November 2019, including Temporary Manager of Organizational Development and Corporate Training Coordinator, Field Training Coordinator, and General Manager. Responsibilities included curriculum development, employee training, and oversight of business operations, ultimately enhancing employee performance and operational efficiency. Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Leadership and Change from Tiffin University.
