Rebecca Dinovo has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Rebecca currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Richwood Bank since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Richwood Bank from October 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Richwood Bank, they held the role of Senior Vice President Strategic Initiatives at Landmark Bank from August 2014 to March 2020. Rebecca began their career at The Delaware County Bank and Trust Co as the First Vice President Human Resources from January 2006 to August 2014.
Rebecca Dinovo completed their education at Kent State University, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from 1999 to 2003. Rebecca continued their education at Miami University, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca obtained certifications such as being a Certified Everything DiSC® Workplace Facilitator from Wiley in March 2016 and becoming a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2009.
