Jenny Salisbury possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and airline industries, with a focus on ecommerce, lounge operations, and inflight services. Since March 2021, Jenny has been involved with The Rick Stein Group in an ecommerce capacity. Prior to this, a tenure at Virgin Atlantic from 2005 to 2020 encompassed various roles, including Executive Third-Party Lounge Development, Tactical Lead for cabin cleanliness standards, and management of inflight media performance. Early career experience included general management roles in hospitality with Bass, Mitchells & Butlers, and Youngs, where Jenny excelled in operational management, team training, and achieving high standards, receiving the British Institute of Inn-keeping Licensee of the Year award in 1998 for business growth and training excellence. Education was completed at Light Hall School and Solihull College in the West Midlands.
