Operations Team

The Operations Team at The Rick Stein Group is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily functions and efficiency across all aspects of the business. This includes managing internal supply chains, overseeing procurement of food and supplies, maintaining business processes and systems, and ensuring smooth operations in both the front and back of house. They work to enhance guest experiences at the restaurants, accommodations, and shops, ensuring high quality and consistency in service, while also supporting staff development and operational excellence.
