Matt Merrill

Matt Merrill serves as Creative Director at Ridge since September 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Director of Creative Marketing at ZAGG, Inc. from July 2016 to September 2024, overseeing brands such as ZAGG, mophie, and InvisibleShield while enhancing creative operations through strategic workflow processes. Matt also established an in-house creative team for ZAGG and served as Creative Director for mophie, managing a remote team of creatives. Previous experience includes founding Graphiq Studios, where Matt grew the client base significantly, and serving as Senior Art Director at The Richards Group, focusing on a variety of creative media. Early career roles included Graphic Designer at Design Teal and Production Designer at Digital Plus. Matt holds a BFA in Creative Direction/Advertising from ArtCenter College of Design.
