Thomas Franke

Thomas Franke currently serves as Branch Manager and Senior Project Manager at The Rios Group, Inc. since March 2017. In addition, Thomas has been the President of SATEX Recycling since November 2008, overseeing daily operations focused on recycling non-ferrous metals from catalytic converters. Thomas has a background in real estate, having worked as a Realtor at eXp Realty from June 2018 to June 2022 and at Keller Williams Realty Heritage from December 2013 to June 2018. Prior to that, Thomas held a role as Senior Project Manager for Subsurface Utility Engineering at Cardno TBE from October 2015 to March 2017. Thomas' earlier experience includes positions as Customer Service Manager at So-Deep, Inc. and in sales and customer service at Builders FirstSource and Schneider Engineering. Education includes attendance at Churchill High School and San Antonio College.
