Stephen Dolinich

Stephen Dolinich serves as a Community Partner Board Member at the University of Rhode Island, focusing on enriching student internships and real-world experiences. As the Manager of Talent Acquisition at The RISE Group, Inc., Stephen oversees all human resources functions, delivering strategic guidance across multiple HR areas. Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at O'Neill Consulting, Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Cumberland Gulf Group, and Recruiting Manager at Cumberland Farms. Stephen's early career included positions at Robert Half International and Easton-Bell Sports. Stephen holds an M.S. in Instructional Technology and a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Rhode Island College.
