Bart Marszalek

Bart Marszalek is an accomplished finance specialist with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior M&A Underwriter at RiskPoint Group since November 2021, Bart previously held the position of Director at EY from June 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG where Bart progressed from Associate to Associate Director in Deal Advisory between 2014 and 2020. Bart's career began with a supervisory role at KPMG South Africa, followed by a lecturer position at the University of Cape Town. Bart holds a Master's in Financial and Risk Management and several qualifications from the University of Cape Town and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
