Scot Thoroughman

Scot Thoroughman is an experienced professional in analytical chemistry with a robust background in pharmaceutical development and quality control. Currently serving as the Director of Analytical Services at The Ritedose Corporation since January 2024, Scot manages a team of over 40 scientists in commercial quality control testing and analytical methods development. Prior to this role, Scot held the position of Director of Analytical Development at TRC, leading a team in the development of various drug formulations. Scot's previous roles include Director of the Analytical Group at ForDoz Pharma Corp, Director of AR&D at InnoPharma, and Director of AR&D at Endo Pharmaceuticals, focusing on sterile injectables and novel drug delivery technologies. Scot began a career in the industry at Barr Laboratories and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, specializing in analytical method development and validation. Scot holds an MS in Chemistry from Rutgers University, an MBA in Healthcare from Rider University, and a BS in Chemistry from Stockton University.
