Gage Pritchett

Gage Pritchett has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company since February 2004. Responsibilities include supporting hotel leadership, conducting service audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior roles at The Ritz-Carlton include Banquet Manager, where Gage managed extensive banquet operations, and Executive Steward, overseeing staff productivity. Other notable experiences include serving as Stewarding Supervisor at Augusta National Golf Club during the Masters tournaments, Clubhouse Chef at Longwood at Oakmont, and various roles at Trane and Dixon Ticonderoga. Gage holds an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Academy.
