Harish Minhas

Harish Minhas is an experienced food and beverage professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Food and Beverage Specialist at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company since January 2024, Harish is part of the pre-opening team and plays a crucial role in developing standard operating procedures, menu suggestions, and outlet presentation. Prior to this, Harish worked at Caesars Palace Dubai as an Assistant Manager/F&B Supervisor from November 2018 to January 2024 and held various roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Dragon Hotel & Resort, and Hotel Clarks Amer. Educational credentials include a Higher National Diploma in Food and Beverage from Chandigarh Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
