Ilse de Fouw

Ilse De Fouw is currently an intern at the Enoteca Paco Pérez, a 2 Michelin star restaurant within the Hotel Arts Barcelona, with experience starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Ilse served as Manager and skilled waitress at Proeflokaal Het Gerechtshof Sneek from November 2021 to November 2023, and worked as a hostess with MELLES PEOPLE from September 2022 to November 2023. Additional experience includes positions as a production employee at Venemafood B.V., bartender at FC Groningen BV, and various roles at Poiesz Supermarkten B.V., Stortemelk de bolder, and Albert Heijn. Ilse is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management at the Hotel Management School Leeuwarden at NHL Stenden, complemented by minors in Mindful Leadership and Italian Gastronomy from Untrim International and Fondazione Campus Lucca, respectively.
