Jordi Sala Serra

Jordi Sala Serra has an extensive career in the hospitality industry, currently serving as HRD at Hotel Arts Barcelona - The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company since 2003. Previous roles include supporting Marriott International as East Spain and Islands HRD from October 2019 to March 2024, and various positions at Hotel Arts Barcelona, including Executive Assistant Manager of Rooms Division and Room Division Manager from 2000 to 2003. Jordi's early experience includes working with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC as Rooms Executive and Rooms Director from 1999 to 2000. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School and a Hotel Manager Track degree from Marriott International, as well as a Tourism Degree from CETT_UB and TEAT from Universitat de Girona.
