Kiley Mahoney

Kiley Mahoney is a dedicated professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Meetings and Special Events Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. since November 2023. Previously, Kiley gained extensive experience at Encore Boston Harbor, where roles included Catering and Convention Services Coordinator, Tower Suites Representative, and Front Desk Representative from June 2021 to August 2023, along with a Lobby Ambassador position during the resort's grand opening in May 2019. Kiley's early experience includes volunteering at the Nantucket Wine & Food Festival in May 2019. Kiley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed in May 2021.
