Richard W. Marques

Richard W. Marques currently serves as the Assistant Director of Finance & Accounting at The Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale since July 2022, following his role as Market Finance & Accounting Voyager for The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne & Coconut Grove. Previously, Richard worked as an IMPACT Analyst and Researcher at IMPACT Microfinance, providing support to entrepreneurs and collaborating on financial models. Richard also held the position of Laboratory Assistant at the University of Tampa, where responsibilities included supervising computer labs and overseeing installations. Additionally, Richard contributed as a SPEAR Mentor, guiding over 40 underrepresented and first-generation college students. Richard's career began at Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six, where a role as a host provided foundational experience in the hospitality sector. Richard W. Marques earned a degree in Finance from the University of Tampa between 2019 and 2022.
