Rizwan Firdous is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company since December 2022, Rizwan holds multiple roles as Chef De Partie at Grand Hyatt and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, both since 2019, and at Holiday Inn since 2017. Previous experience includes a position as Head Pastry Chef at Hampstead Bakery and Cafe from March 2021 to September 2022, along with Chef De Partie roles at Hilton and Marriott Complex Dubai. Rizwan began culinary training as an apprentice at ITC Hotels from 2012 to 2014, following education at Calcutta Muslim Orphanage High School and C.M.O Girls and Boys High School.
