Amanda Williams

Amanda Williams is an accomplished event professional currently serving as an Event Concierge and Rooms Quality Expert at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando & JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes since November 2022. Previously, Amanda held the position of Catering Sales and Events Manager-Voyager at Courtyard by Marriott from August 2021 to December 2022, and worked as a Bridal Attendant at Landmark Hospitality from January 2017 to July 2019, where Amanda excelled in supporting wedding events and mentoring new staff. Amanda's experience also includes participation in the Disney College Program, where recognition for guest service excellence was received at The Walt Disney Company. Amanda holds a degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management and has additional educational experiences from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and Raritan Valley Community College.
