Harold Torres

Harold Torres currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales for Charters & Incentives at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since February 2023. Prior to this role, Torres was the Market Director of Sales for Groups at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, overseeing sales efforts at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, and The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour, Miami from December 2020 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes positions such as Associate Director of Sales for Latin America and Director of Group and Leisure Sales at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, as well as a variety of sales roles within the Ritz-Carlton and Mandarin Oriental brands, starting with a Sales Executive role at Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya in January 2007. Torres began the hospitality career as a Reservation Supervisor at Marriott International before progressing to a Group Coordinator at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.
