Laura McCauley

Laura McCauley has extensive experience in human resources and training within the hospitality and cruise industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality & Training at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since March 2019, Laura previously held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman from March 2014 to March 2019. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager and Training & Development Manager at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. from April 2006 to October 2013. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Vancouver Island University.
