Lee Goble is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end cuisine, holding various executive chef positions across prominent hospitality brands. Currently serving as the Manager of Culinary Operations and Compliance at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since July 2019, Lee Goble was instrumental as the Executive Chef of the first luxury yacht in the Ritz-Carlton portfolio. Previous roles include Executive Chef for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruiseline, where innovative culinary experiences were a focus. Additional expertise includes serving as Executive Chef at Atlantis and The Ritz Carlton in Jamaica, as well as leadership roles in myriad culinary settings, including Superclubs and Classical Cuisine. Lee Goble received culinary training at Guildford College of Technology, earning qualifications in culinary arts.
