LeVar O. Kennings is an experienced port operations manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University. Currently serving as Port Operations Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection since June 2021, LeVar supports the creation and coordination of worldwide itineraries while ensuring compliance with port regulations. Previously, as Manager of Port Operations at The World, responsibility included managing diverse itineraries and enhancing guest satisfaction. LeVar also held the position of Manager Worldwide Port Operations at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., overseeing port operations across North America and the Caribbean. Earlier career roles at Norwegian Cruise Line included Manager of Government Compliance and Front Office Manager, focusing on guest services and documentation requirements.
