Robert J. Witheridge

Robert J. Witheridge, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience. Robert J. is currently the Director of Learning & Development at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. Before that, they worked at IBM as a Business Transformation Consultant, where they were responsible for leadership of the learning and development IBM Badge Program and the creation of learning materials. Prior to that, they were an Organizational Scientist at Refined Analytics, where they developed customized organizational methods and facilitated diversity and inclusion programs. Robert J. also worked as an Assistant Professor of Conflict Analysis and Resolution at both Nova Southeastern University and Creighton University School of Law, where they taught various courses and conducted research. Additionally, they were the Associate HR Director for Learning, Compensation, and Performance at TSYS, where they managed the talent development process. Robert J. also worked as a Faculty Lecturer at Rutgers Graduate School of Education, specializing in educational research and methodology. Earlier in their career, they were the Managing Assistant Director for HR Learning, Performance, and Development at Kean University, where they developed and implemented a comprehensive strategic organizational learning plan.

Robert J. Witheridge, Ph.D. has a strong educational background. Robert J. obtained their Doctor of Philosophy - Ph.D. degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Prior to their Ph.D., Robert completed their Master of Arts - MA degree in General-Theoretical Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University, from 1998 to 2000. Robert J. also holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Psychology, which they earned from The College of New Jersey between 1994 and 1997.

Aside from their academic achievements, Robert has also acquired several certifications. These include certifications in IBM Garage Essentials, IBM Quantum Conversations, Security and Privacy by Design Foundations, IBM Agile Explorer, Data Science Foundations - Level 1, and Cloud & Cognitive Patterns. These certifications were obtained at various times, with the most recent being the IBM Garage Essentials certification in December 2022.
